Hi, I'm Nikki.
I am a yoga teacher, mindset coach and long time meditator. I have been where you are, trust me. About 12 years ago, I was suffering with so much stress. My body, my relationships and my career were all suffering. The stress was a constant everyday battle and I knew I needed to do something about it. While I had started yoga, I always had an underlying feeling that it wasn't quite enough. I had heard so many people in the yoga community say how amazing meditation was. I found myself thinking, "Really? How good can it be?" I decided I need to throw myself into it and find out what it was all about. I enrolled in a mindfulness meditation course. Meditation has changed my life in a way that nothing else has. It's a beautiful friend of my physical yoga practise, but the emotional transformation I have experienced from meditation is incredible!! |
Thank you for reminding me of the calm I can achieve in my life and how to nourish myself first.
Bernice
Thank you for this workshop! Meditation is easier than I thought. I know it is going to make life a bit easier, calmer and happier.

Nikki, thank you for normalising all the thinking my brain wants to do when I meditate. I feel confident enough to do this everyday now using the mindful remembering tool.

I feel so good knowing I don't have to meditate for hours. Even ten minutes can make a difference to me and my wellbeing. Thanks, Nikki. This workshop was so full of information and I can't wait to get started.
Silvana
I have learned how important it is to let my brain rest and switch off. Thanks for the tools to focus on at night to help me sleep better.

Namaste.
I'm Nikki. I have been offering Yoga in Dalby since 2013. I am an accredited teacher of Yoga (500hrs) and a qualified mindfulness meditation teacher. I teach weekly vinyasa yoga classes in person and online. I also offer workshops, retreats & meditation circles. Nothing makes me happier than holding space for my students to move their bodies and still their minds in order to develop a deeper awareness. I am excited to be reaching even more people in Dalby, and surrounds, by teaching mindfulness workshops. |
