I'm Nikki. I have been offering Yoga in Dalby since 2013. I am an accredited teacher of Yoga (500hrs) and a qualified mindfulness meditation teacher. I teach weekly vinyasa yoga classes in person and online. I also offer workshops, retreats & meditation circles. Nothing makes me happier than holding space for my students to move their bodies and still their minds in order to develop a deeper awareness. I am excited to be reaching even more people in Dalby, and surrounds, by teaching mindfulness workshops. |
