This workshop is for you if:
YOU are at the very beginning of your inversion journey
YOU are keen to build confidence with going upside-down
YOU are wanting to have a fun afternoon with a couple of friends -see Book with a friend price!

​You will be encouraged and supported to work at your own pace.
Everything we do will be safe and in good fun, and
there is absolutely no pressure to go upside-down.

What will the afternoon include?
- a welcoming group warm up
- a Vinyasa yoga class to warm and prep the right muscles for our inversion
- affirmations for our minds, to let go of limiting beliefs.

- inversion drills to build strength for our abs, backs, shoulders & arms
- lots of inversion play and plenty of laughs
- a deep relaxation to rest our bodies and ground us before heading home
- a PDF with plenty of tips, so you can practise safely at home
