​How do you want your life to be in 2022?
Do you want to take a day to slow down, be inspired and find out?
​Did you know that setting intentions can create very specific outcomes? 

Naming exactly how we would like our life to be, can be the beginning of manifesting it. 
Sound woo-woo? It doesn't have to be! 
Setting intentions and having a clear vision is, in fact, one of the best ways to get a desired outcome. 
And there is no better time to do this than at the beginning of a new year.

With space and time to get grounded and centred, you will connect with your body and your heart, to guide the process. You will experience first hand how the magic of drawing inside, can positively impact your relationship with the outer world.

THE PROCESS:
1. In our yoga class, you will be inspired to turn inward to get clear on how you want your life to be in 2022. 

2. You'll learn how to sort your dreams and desires into a  format that is meaningful to you.
3. Finally, you'll have time to piece it all together on your very own vision board - a powerful visual tool that perfectly aligns with your goals and dreams.  ​

YOUR DAY WILL INCLUDE:
  • a morning vinyasa yoga session to get your energy flowing and release tension. 
  • vision board mini workshop - feel inspired, learn how, create your own!
  • an afternoon yin yoga session, where we slow down for a deeper experience on our mat.
  • mindfulness practises weaved in effortlessly throughout the sessions.
  • free time to explore the grounds, chat with friends, play with oracle cards, journal, read.
  • a delicious, individually boxed vegetarian lunch, plus a treat.
  • herbal teas available all day.
  • essential oils to infuse your practise and lift the vibration (optional).


​THE VENUE:
This one day retreat will have everything your soul needs for renewal and radiance. ​​Set in the most beautiful grounds of Jubri's Hideaway, just 10 minutes from Dalby. 
​Yoga sessions will take place in "The Shed" and lunch will be outside in the gorgeous gardens.

​WHAT TO BRING:
  • INSPIRATION for your vision board -photos, magazines, wrapping paper, stickers, glue, scissors
  • a notebook/journal + pen
  • a yoga mat
  • a water bottle
  • reusable coffee mug, preferably with a lid
  • a small throw blanket 
  • a mediation cushion or small pillow to sit on
  • togs and towel - if you want a swim at lunchtime.
WHAT'S PROVIDED:
  • Blocks & straps
  • ​Blank card for your vision board
  • Glue & scissors (limited)
  • ​Markers and crayons

​About Nikki: 
Namaste. I am a Yoga Teacher in Dalby.  I teach weekly classes in a studio and online.  My favourite Yoga saying is, "It's more than poses on the mat." I love holding space for my students to develop greater awareness and ultimately discover more about themselves.  I'd love you to join me on this one day retreat.  It's going to be the most beautiful experience.
