YOU are so busy taking care of your own families as well as your students. 
​YOU give everything, not because you have to but because you CARE.

This tailor-made day for school staff will help you to feel seen and heard for all that you do.  There'll be yoga to support your nervous system, meditations to clear your head and delicious food to share with friends.

Plus there's a mini workshop - How To Take The Calm With You Into Term 3!   Here you'll discover how regulating your own emotions actually helps your students AND I'll share with you some great tools for your class.  This is the stuff that fills in five minutes but has infinite value!

  • a morning vinyasa yoga session to get your energy flowing and release tension. 
  • mini workshop "How to take the calm with you into Term 3."
  • an afternoon yin yoga session, where we slow it down for a deeper experience on your mat.
  • mindfulness practises weaved in effortlessly throughout the sessions.
  • free time to explore the grounds, chat with friends, play with oracle cards, journal, read.
  • a delicious, individually boxed vegetarian lunch, plus a treat.
  • herbal teas available all day.
  • essential oils to infuse your practise and lift the vibration (optional).
​The yoga on this day will be gentle and nurturing. Beginner to more experienced particpants are welcome!

This one day retreat will have everything your soul needs for renewal and radiance. ​​Set in the most beautiful grounds of Jubri's Hideaway, just 10 minutes from Dalby. 
​Yoga sessions will take place in "The Shed" and lunch will be outside in the gorgeous gardens.

About Nikki: 
Namaste. I am a teacher & Yoga Teacher in Dalby.  I worked full time as a primary school teacher for 13 years with my last 5 years spent in Special Education. Now, I do relief teaching 1-2 days a week. 
I also teach weekly yoga classes and retreats.  I love holding space for my yoga students to develop greater awareness and ultimately discover more about themselves. It is my belief that our yoga practise can give us so many tools that are useful in our work as teachers.  I'd love you to join me on this one day retreat.  It's going to be the most beautiful experience.
