Namaste. I am a teacher & Yoga Teacher in Dalby. I worked full time as a primary school teacher for 13 years with my last 5 years spent in Special Education. Now, I do relief teaching 1-2 days a week.
I also teach weekly yoga classes and retreats. I love holding space for my yoga students to develop greater awareness and ultimately discover more about themselves. It is my belief that our yoga practise can give us so many tools that are useful in our work as teachers. I'd love you to join me on this one day retreat. It's going to be the most beautiful experience.
