VINYASA YOGA
A dynamic, flowing Vinyasa class, where body and breath combine in creative sequences. As we move, safe and sophisticated alignment cues help to build strength and flexibility. Relatable themes will help to bring a deeper awareness of your inner state. Classes finish with a 10 minute relaxation. |
EARLY MORNING VINYASA
This is YOGA for busy people! Only 45 minutes and it packs a punch! Prepare your body for the day ahead with this perfect flowing Vinyasa class. A class based solely on Sun Salutes, this flow class will stretch out tired muscles, move sluggish energy and help you set intentions for a wonderful day! As we move, safe and sophisticated alignment cues help to build strength and flexibility. It WILL become a must-have in your morning routine. |
