Immerse yourself in this Vinyasa flow class that is invigorating, creative and lots of fun.
In the first half of this mixed level class we will incorporate the traditional yoga poses, blended into an energising sequence.
And at the end of class we'll take it down a notch, using props for our seated and reclined poses, before a delicious relaxation to finish.
What do I need to know: Classes are held at Dalby Allied Health, 4/37 North Street (Myall Medical Precinct) Please arrive no later than 5 minutes prior to start time. Yoga is done barefoot. BYO yoga mat. Bring water. Suitable for ALL levels.
