Shake off your stresses from the week. Connect with your fun, light-hearted Self. Stimulate your senses with the glow and beats. BE SILLY!
In this up beat and energising yoga session, we will take our Vinyasa flow to a whole new level. And make it better! We will transform our traditional poses into some hilarious yoga moves, by adding glow sticks and great tunes.
This workshop will be a great opportunity to make connections, as well as being the perfect space to introduce Yoga to your loved ones, so bring along a friend, partner or family member to laugh and move with.
Absolutely no experience is necessary. This will be a beginner friendly session, from start to finish! No pre-requisite required, other than an ability to laugh and roll your eyes at the teacher's lame attempts to embrace the theme whole-heartedly!!
