With Winter well and truly here, it is time to get warm!!Join me for a holiday class (or two) to get your internal fire cranking.
Did you know that in Winter our circulation decreases? This can cause the effectiveness of our organs to slow, our body temp to lower and lead to constriction in our muscles and joints. So while the cold may make it more temping to stay in and snuggle under a blanket, it is reason more than ever to get moving!
