What will the afternoon include? - a welcoming group warm up - a Vinyasa yoga class to warm and prep the right muscles for our inversion - affirmations for our minds, to let go of limiting beliefs. - inversion drills to build strength for our abs, backs, shoulders & arms - lots of inversion play and plenty of laughs - a deep relaxation to rest our bodies and ground us before heading home - a PDF with plenty of tips, so you can practise safely at home
