Yoga that gets you out of your head and into your body. Feel stronger, improve flexibility and have fun! This class is all about mindful, intentional movement synced with breath.
A floor based yoga sequence including mindfulness practises. In this class you'll learn the art of slowing down and how to put yourself first... the perfect antidote for those with busy lives.

✏️ Classes can be booked as a block of four or as singles.
✏️ Beginners are welcome. The sequences will nurture and provide for those that have never done yoga before.

I've never done yoga, should I book in? YES! the yoga will be perfectly sequenced with beginners in mind.
Do I need to bring anything? If you have your own mat, bring that. If not, I have spares and everything else you need.
I've wanted to try your classes before, but have never had the courage. Is this a good place to start? Yes, absolutely. You'll enjoy moving your body, some relaxation and mindfulness.
If I love it, can I book more classes with you? Yes, there will be more chances to work with me in our term 1 block.
