At this time of year we are being pulled in all different directions - work, shopping, cooking, visitors, cleaning, planning.
How nice would it be to find some calm amongst the chaos?
This class has been designed to do just that.
The class is two-fold. Re-energise with a flowing vinyasa class to shake off the fatigue that may be setting in at this time of year. Then immerse yourself in a restorative yoga sequence to find a deep connection with SELF and assist you in being more present when surrounded by your loved ones. Finally, soak up a relaxation, with a head massage for every participant.
