Nikki has been offering Yoga in Dalby since 2013. She is an accredited teacher of Yoga (500hrs) and a qualified mindfulness meditation teacher. She teaches weekly vinyasa yoga classes in person and online. She also offer workshops, retreats & meditation circles. Nothing makes her happier than holding space for her students to move their bodies and still their minds, in order to develop a deeper awareness. She is excited to be reaching even more people in Dalby and surrounds by teaching mindfulness workshops.
