Morning vinyasa classes synchronise movement and breath in a continuous flow of poses, that are invigorating and energising.
Embrace Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) to enhance the connection between body and breath. Flow through standing sequences and warrior flows to build heat and energise you for the day ahead. Explore simple backbends, forward bends and twists, to invigorate and support the health of our spines.
Mornings embody a sense of calm and peace you can't find at other times of day. If you absolutely LOVE this time day, like I do, then these morning Yoga sessions are for you. All levels are welcome.
