This year we have all experienced STRESS in some form. Our holidays have been cancelled, our dreams put on hold, our diets affected by lockdown, our plans forgotten as we adapted to this new way of life.
Isn't it time we RECLAIM our 2020?
All this stress over so many months has directly impact our minds and bodies. When our stress response is triggered, we can experience all kinds of symptoms like increased heart rate, slower digestion, lack of sleep or muscle tension.
Let's bring about an inner state of calm.

What can you expect:

To join me, you’ll need:
The Zoom App - Download the app onto your device. (you don't need an account -the link I provide will get you access)
Internet access on a device - laptop, tablet or phone
A yoga mat
A quiet space away from others and noise (as best as possible)
You will also need some props:
2 x blankets or beach towels
1-2 blocks OR thick books OR hard lunchboxes
a yoga strap OR neck tie OR belt
eye pillow, a candle, essential oils (optional)
Remember: more props = more relaxation
