MEDITATION
Experience simple meditation practises that will assist with reducing stress and finding a connection to the beauty within you. You'll be fully guided and supported in these practises over the weekend. |

About Nikki: Hi, I am a Yoga Teacher in Dalby. I teach weekly classes and workshops here. My favourite Yoga saying, "It's more than poses on the mat!" I love holding space for my students to discover more about themselves. And I am passionate about supporting them to find ways to take their Yoga off the mat and into their daily lives.
