This is a sweet & meditative class enhanced by the soft glow of candlelight!
In the first half of the class we move mindfully through a slow paced Vinyasa sequence. A focus on alignment and slow transitions will help you find a deeper connection to yourself and the poses.
Then immerse yourself in a restorative, floor based sequence, where you are fully supported by blankets, blocks, & bolsters, to maximise your comfort. These gentle poses with long holds allow you to fully let go and find a deep relaxation in body and mind.
