Each week includes: Topics and themes relatable to teen girls: body image, how to prioritise, screen time, getting enough sleep, making healthy choices, self esteem, relationships and more. Yoga poses for flexibility, strength, co-ordination. Acro Yoga for enhancing positive communication and building trust. Breathing techniques that can be applied throughout their day to help with reducing anxiety. Relaxation every session, using props and eye pillows, to promote rest and renewal.
Open to all levels of experience Yoga mats provided Bring a water bottle Please wear comfortable clothes - a tight top or a top that can be tucked in. Avoid shorts and gaping tops. Long hair to be tied up.
