What an incredible year so far! During these special times, it is easy for our teens to feel lost, disconnected to their goals or disheartened by the fact that things have not turned out the way they had planned this year.
In this inspiring afternoon of Yoga, teens will: - embrace all of their achievements so far this year and, yes, there are many! - have a chance to connect with what is really important to them - use this to set new goals for the rest of 2020 - foster a beautiful connection to Self - build relationships with other like-minded girls
The workshop will include simple yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation to help with reducing stress and anxiety that can stem from school, friendships, social media and other things. This class is the perfect introduction to yoga or a re-connection with the practise for girls who have participated before.
