Yang to Yin Candlelight - 60 minutes 19th April - 14th June (9 weeks - Includes Anzac Day and Labour Day holidays) All levels welcome. Great for beginners. Get cosy in this class that is focussed on releasing tension and connecting with the breath. It will begin with vinyasa flow then move to more floor based yin and restorative postures. We will make use of props such as blocks, bolsters and blankets to promote relaxation and healing. With the lights dimmed, you will be invited to turn inwards and find a deeper connection with your body and your mind. This class would suit students who might be experiencing high levels of stress or those in need of slowing down to complement a busy life. Props for restorative yoga will be supplied. Please bring along a towel or shawl to lay over bolsters. |
