With so many public holidays and having to be away one week, classes need to start straight away. Some yoga experience assumed. See Covid update above. A dynamic, flowing Vinyasa class, where body and breath combine in creative sequences. As we move, safe and sophisticated alignment cues help to build strength and flexibility. Relatable themes will help to bring a deeper awareness of your inner state. Classes finish with a 10 minute relaxation. |

The small group vibe will bring an intimate feel where you will feel nurtured in your practise. The focus will be on moving your body to build strength and flexibility, as well as calming your mind with pranayama (breathing) and mindfulness practises. Variations for all levels will be offered, so perfect for beginners through to more advanced students. Relatable themes will bring a deeper awareness of your inner state. Classes finish with a 5-10 minute relaxation. |

RELAX - 60 mins 20th April - 15th June (8 Weeks) PLEASE NOTE: No yoga Wednesday 11th May All levels welcome and catered for. Get cosy in this class that is focussed on releasing tension and connecting with the breath. It will begin with a slow vinyasa flow then move to floor based yin and restorative postures. We will make use of props such as blocks, bolsters and blankets to promote relaxation and healing. With your lights dimmed, you will be invited to turn inwards and find a deeper connection with your body and your mind. This class would suit students who might be experiencing high levels of stress or those in need of slowing down to complement a busy life. You will need some props for restorative yoga. These are easily found at home: 2 x bed pillows, a blanket, 2 x blocks (use thick books or lunchboxes). |
