GENERAL INFORMATION: 
*Classes run on all public holidays unless stated.
*Doors open 15 minutes prior to start time.  Please arrive with plenty of time to get yourself set up. 
*Bring your own yoga mat. Studio props are available.  
*Classes are suitable for ages 16+. 
* Studio spots are limited. Classes generally sell out, so avoid disappointment and BOOK EARLY.
* Studio classes are held at Dalby Allied Health in North Street & The Yoga Shed
​* Online classes are via Zoom. Simply download the Zoom app onto your phone, tablet or laptop.
* Please make the right decision for you when purchasing a Yoga Term -they are non-refundable & not transferable to another person or another class.

Monday 6pm - 60 minutes 

Face to face at Dalby Allied Health 
11th July - 5th September (9 Weeks) 
Some yoga experience assumed.
A dynamic, flowing Vinyasa class, where body and breath combine in creative sequences.  As we move, safe and sophisticated alignment cues help to build strength and flexibility.  Relatable themes will help to bring a deeper awareness of your inner state.  Classes finish with a 10 minute relaxation.

Face to face in the YOGA SHED

12th July - 6th September  (9 weeks)

Perfect for all levels.

The small group vibe will bring an intimate feel where you will feel nurtured in your practise. The focus will be on moving your body to build strength and flexibility, as well as calming your mind with pranayama (breathing) and mindfulness practises. Variations for all levels will be offered, so perfect for beginners through to more advanced students.  Relatable themes will bring a deeper awareness of your inner state. Classes finish with a 5-10 minute relaxation.

Relax - a class focussed on meditation & restorative yoga
Wednesday 6pm - 60 minutes
Face to face OR on ZOOM

13th July - 17th August  (6 Weeks) 
Perfect for all levels. 

Ease your stress and soothe your anxiety in this beautiful weekly class. If you regularly have a racing mind, feel reactive, tense, tired and generally struggle to get through your day, you could be experiencing symptoms of chronic stress or anxiety. In this class we will focus on mindfulness based practises that will dramatically help to balance your body and brain.  You will be immersed in meditation and good breathing and indulge in the magic of restorative yoga, a style of yoga that's soul purpose is to deeply relax you with props, like bolsters and blankets.

This is a hybrid class, so you can book in for the face to face or Zoom option.  The zoom option comes with a recording, so you can re-do the class or you have to the option to miss one and not miss out.  Please make the best decision for you, as transferring between face to face and zoom each week, is not available.
