If you’re in mid-life, chances are you’ve been living on autopilot for years — showing up and loving your life but feeling you may have lost yourself along the way.

This retreat is for you if you…

▶️ Want to move forward but feel stuck, unclear, or unmotivated — like staring at the laundry pile or your inbox and thinking, “Where do I even start?” but never quite finding the energy to shift things.

▶️ Have lost touch with your spark or sense of purpose — you go through the motions at home or on the farm but it feels like you’re existing rather than actually living.

▶️ Are navigating a transition and craving a fresh start — maybe the kids have gone to boarding school or you’ve been in the same job for years, and you’re wondering, “Is this all there is for me?”

Embark on a Journey of Three Phases

This retreat is intentionally designed to take you on a powerful inner journey—one that guides you from overwhelm and uncertainty to feeling clear, energised, and confident in yourself again.

Day One: Arrive

We’ll begin by easing the pressure of the deadlines, the responsibilities, and the endless to-do lists that follow you from home, so you can to arrive fully into the space of the retreat.

On day one, you'll learn why it often feels unsafe to take action for yourself and how to overcome that.

You'll also discover a heap of green zone tools - simple daily actions to being you into a state of calm.

This first day is about releasing the noise, letting go of stress, and getting you ready for the weekend ahead.

Day Two: Connect

Once your system has softened, you’ll be guided inward — this is where you meet the parts of yourself you’ve been ignoring, forgetting, or silencing.

Through self-inquiry and embodiment work, you’ll reconnect with your inner voice — the one quietly whispering what you really want.

Here, you start to remember:
→ Who you are beneath the roles, the pressure, and the hustle
→ What you truly desire
→ What’s ready to shift to stop holding you back

Day Three: Create

In this final phase, you’ll begin to anchor your vision and embody the version of you that’s ready to lead the way forward.


We move from reflection into aligned action—creating a clear, soul-led path that feels exciting, not overwhelming.

This is where transformation takes root.
Where you reclaim your power, your voice, and your next steps.

Arrive Friday at 2pm - leave Sunday lunchtime.

Accomodation & Catering

The retreat will be held at the glorious property, Ravensbourne Escape.

It's 50 acres overlooking stunning views of Ravensbourne National Park and the Brisbane and Lockyer Valley.

The retreat will be held in four houses on the property - Windsong, Kookaburra Kottage, Stella Luna and Quingilli.

Everyone gets there own private room (twin available on request). Bathrooms are either private or you'll share with just one person.

Each house is fully self contained and has luxury features with breathtaking views.

You'll enjoy delicious and gourmet catering. You'll eat like a queen and not have to clean up!

All meals will be vegetarian and mostly gluten free. All your dietary information will be gathered after booking.

EARLY BIRD RATE - $1550 (available until 30th June)

Please note: Breakfast is not included. Participants are invited to bring their own breakfast food to be enjoyed in their accomodation each morning.

A couple of TWIN rooms are available. If you have a friend and want to share, send me an email and I will give you the details. Also, if you are coming with a friend, let me know and I can make sure you are in the same house.

There are two payment options:

Pay in full - $1550

Payment plan - $550 upfront and $500 per month for two months.

Retreat refund policy

Cancellations up until 2 months before retreat - FULL REFUND minus $50 admin. fee.

Cancellations within 2 months of retreat - 50% refund

Cancellations within 4 weeks of retreat - no refund will be given.

Participants are able to transfer their spot to another person, however the payment must be made in full at the time of the transfer.
