Well done for booking into this Slow Flow/Restorative Zoom class.  

You will LOVE it!! 

Below is everything you need to know and everything you need to gather to be able to join us.

To join me, you’ll need:
  • The Zoom App - Download the app onto your device. (you don't need an account -the link I provide will get you access)
  • Internet access on a device - laptop, tablet or phone
  • A yoga mat
  • Comfortable clothing
  • A quiet space away from others and noise (as best as possible) 
You will also need some props: 
If you have all the Yoga stuff, then that's great!  But if you don't, see the easy substitutions you can make so it feels just the same! 

​Remember: more props = deeper relaxation​
  • 2 x blankets OR beach towels 
  • 1-2 blocks OR thick books OR hard rectangular lunchboxes/Tupperware
  • a yoga strap OR neck tie OR belt
  • (optional) eye pillow, a candle, essential oils
