Wednesday 7:15pm VIA ZOOM Slow Flow/Restorative - 45 minutes (NEW duration) 3rd Feb to 24th March (8 weeks - NEW block length) All levels welcome - perfect for lovers of restorative yoga. Practise from the comfort of home on Zoom. There are simply two parts to this sweet and meditative class: 1. A slow flow practise that will shift stagnant energy and negativity from our day, bringing a radiance and warmth to the body. This will be slower paced than the normal studio vinyasa. 2. Once warmed and connected, we'll engage in 2-3 floor- based restorative yoga poses, with longer holds and plenty of support from props. The ultimate aim of this style of yoga is deep relaxation.
