Mindful movement and sophisticated alignment, to improve strength and balance. Stillness and pause, to connect to the present moment.
Perfect for those that want to move their body, tune in and build awareness in a deeply supportive environment.

Casual zoom classes are $19.
This class is a beautiful combination of slow flow and Yin yoga.
Experience slow vinyasa with a strong focus on alignment, breath, and awareness. Sequences are creative and transitions are gentle.
Then soak up the stillness and deep stretches of Yin yoga.
This is a steady, accessible practice suitable for beginners and those with injuries or limitations. Also perfect for experienced yogis who want a slower practise.

Our classes explore relatable and inspiring themes that encourage a deeper awareness of your inner state.
By connecting the physical practice with meaningful themes, you'll not only improve your yoga practice but also gain insights that resonate beyond the mat.
As you flow through each pose, you'll cultivate a greater understanding of yourself and your body.
All classes finish with a soothing 10-minute Savasana (relaxation).
I was a little worried when I attended my first class because I had limited yoga experience and don't consider myself particularly flexible or coordinated. Nikki however is a fantastic teacher and was able to explain and demonstrate the poses in a way that was easy to follow. She also kindly offers alternative poses for those that aren't as flexible. Nikki creates a wonderfully welcoming, calm environment for you to be able to fully relax and enjoy your yoga sessions. Highly recommended.
RELAX yoga teaches me to slow down. It helps me release emotional tension and return to balance. It helps me sleep and it resets me physically, mentally, emotionally so I can show up better in ‘life'.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
*Classes run on all public holidays unless stated.
*Doors open 15 minutes prior to start time. Please arrive with plenty of time to get yourself set up.
*Bring your own yoga mat. Studio props are available.
*Classes are suitable for ages 16+.
* Studio spots are limited. Classes generally sell out, so avoid disappointment and BOOK EARLY.
* Studio classes are held at The Yoga Shed (address on booking)
* Online classes are via Zoom. Simply download the Zoom app onto your phone, tablet or laptop. You do not need a zoom account.
* Please make the right decision for you when purchasing a Yoga Term -they are non-refundable & not transferable to another person or another class, except at owner's discretion.
