Designed for students who feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in their heads, or constantly “on."
This guided meditation class will help you regulate your nervous system, release built-up stress, and reconnect with a sense of calm and control.
You don’t need to be good at meditation.
You don’t need to “switch your mind off.”You just need to show up.
The small numbers (just 6 students) will allow you to get extra care and attention. You'll have a chance to ask questions and get personalised help with your practise for even better results.
This class is students who:
Feel constantly busy, wired, or overwhelmed
Struggle to switch off or relax
Overthink and feel stuck in their head
Put themselves last and need space to reset
Want simple, practical tools to feel better

Each week, with me as your guide, we'll:
Start with a short introduction to the theme or technique.
Begin with settling techniques to help get still.
Do a guided meditation to calm a busy mind
Learn to love stillness and embrace silence.
Embrace the power of gratitude as part of the practise.
Get tools you can use in real life when stress hits
Amplify your dreams and desires through visualisation and feeling.
Be supported in a non-judgmental environment (no pressure to be “good” at it)

FOUR weeks of meditation
Monday 7:30pm - 45 minutes
Online via zoom. This is for a small intimate group of just 6 students.
Monday 20th April - Monday 11th May
All you need is a quiet spot where no one can disturb you. You can sit on a chair or on the floor.
Bring openness, trust in the process and a belief that meditation can work for you.
